Vehicle Flees After Hitting Pedestrian

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – An altercation led to a person being hit by a vehicle Monday morning in Lawrenceburg.

 

Lawrenceburg Police were called to the BP station on State Road 48 on Ludlow Hill at about 6:30. A person was struck by a vehicle there, which fled from the scene.

 

At the time, dispatchers said the vehicle was described as a silver passenger car with three males riding in it.

 

The victim refused to go to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

 

Officers determined the subjects were involved in an altercation at a different location prior to the hit-and-run.

 

Lawrenceburg Police are not releasing names of those involved as the case remains under investigation.
