VIDEO: Harrison City Council Candidates Talk School Levy, Economic Development

(Harrison, Oh.) – Five candidates for City of Harrison City Council answered questions from residents during a Community Forum hosted by the Greater Harrison Chamber of Commerce and broadcast live via Facebook.

Four of the candidates will be elected for four-year terms. The candidates are incumbents Ryan Grubbs and Ethan Dole, challenged by Michael Mains, Carol Wiwi and Urbano Galindo. The candidates discussed the Southwest Local School District Levy (Issue 25), economic development, and downtown blight.

Daniel Deters from Energy Alliance Inc. also spoke about the benefits of supporting energy aggregation, which will appear on the ballot for Crosby Township (Issue 20) and City of Harrison (Issue 7) voters.
