(Sunman, Ind.) – Volunteers are needed for an upcoming project at Sunman Community Park.

As part of the Lilly Scholars Network (LSN) Give Back Initiative, local Lilly Endowment Community Scholars are inviting community members to Sunman Park on Saturday, April 22 from 8:00 to noon.

Volunteers will be asked to help develop a social media marketing campaign for the Sunman Park Board, while others will paint and update the building.

The statewide LSN Give Back Initiative aims to further connections and strengthen relationships with our communities and among scholars, and encourage others to take action and inspire future leaders.

At least five volunteers are needed to complete the project, and registration will be capped at 20 volunteers. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothes to paint in.

Volunteers should be high school age or older.
