George Street re-open to through traffic

George Street in Aurora has re-opened again for through traffic.  CSX Railroad crews have been rebuilding the track crossing at U.S. 50 since April 5th.  The improvements include making the intersection wider…adding signals and a sidewalk.  Work will continue that may cause lane restrictions on George Street until all work is completed the end of June.

Deadline To File Taxes Has Arrived

You have until the end of today to file your income tax return to Uncle Sam.  You can file for an extension if unable to meet the deadline.  Officials also suggest filing electronically, because software will red-flag common mistakes.  Make sure you post correct routing, account, and Social Security numbers on your paperwork.
