Jobless Claims Rise To 348,000

(Washington, DC) -- First time jobless claims are climbing. Today's Labor Department report shows 348-thousand first-time unemployment claims were filed last week. That's about 19-thousand more than the previous week. Analysts expected a smaller increase.
