Alan Jackson Mural Going Up In Hometown

Alan Jackson is already larger than life, but this painting will give that phrase new meaning.

(Newnan, GA)  --  Alan Jackson is being immortalized in his hometown of Newnan, Georgia.

A 20-foot by 40-foot mural of the Country Music Hall of Fame member is going up on the side of the Redneck Gourmet building in downtown Newnan.

It's being painted by Tim Davis, who also painted the mural of 13 stars on the side of Nashville's Legends Corner.
