(Undated)  --  Billboard is revealing its top listening trends for 2018. 

The list includes the most-played country artists, singles and albums. 

Chris Stapleton is the top-played country artist of the year, Kane Brown's "Heaven" is recognized as the most-played song of 2018 and Luke Combs' 'This One's for You Too' is the number-one played album.
