Young says it's more upbeat and soulful than his self-titled debut album.
The new album is more than half-way complete.

St Teresa Renowned Lenten Fish Fries will run from February 20th through March 27th From 4:30-7:30
at St Teresa Parish Community Center
The increased fees go in effect March 9.
Testing starts March 5.
The event will help kick off a week of substance abuse prevention throughout the community.
