(Undated) -- October is National Bullying Prevention Month, and Carrie Underwood is calling for kindness.
"It's time to stop the hate and spread some love. You are beautiful, you are smart, you are awesome, and you never have to change for anybody," she says in a public service announcement.
The country singer released a PSA in partnership with Radio Disney country and Disney's Choose Kindness campaign.
Become stronger by participating in video-led chair exercise routines. Chosen videos will focus on helping to improve mobility, strengthen daily life functions.
