Carrie Underwood Writes Fitness Book

Carrie's book will be in stores and online in 2020.

(Nashville, TN)  --  Carrie Underwood is releasing a new fitness book. 

It's called, 'Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul and Get Strong With the Fit52 Life.' 

Underwood tells "People," fitness and healthy living are passions of hers. 

The book is due out next year.
