Dolly Parton Teams Up With Netflix

Dolly will soon be streaming to your TV or tablet.

(Undated)  --  Dolly Parton's classic songs will turn into a series of films that will premeire on Netflix. 

The country icon made the official announcement yesterday. 

She says Dixie Pixie Productions is partnering with Warner Bros. Television to produce the series. 

Each installment will be based on one of Parton's songs, and she'll even make a few appearances.
