Dylan Scott will release An Old Memory in August.
(Undated) -- Platinum-selling artist Dylan Scott is announcing a new project in honor of his personal hero, the late Keith Whitley.
Scott tells "Billboard" he's releasing an EP, called 'An Old Memory,' on August 16th.
The seven-track EP honors Whitley, who Scott says helped him learn how to play the guitar and write songs.
