Granger Smith's countrified alter ego has assembled a book of funny anecdotes.

(Nashville, TN)  --  Granger Smith's alter ego is bringing the laughs.

Earl Dibbles Jr. has written a book called "If You're City, If You're Country."

It's full of comedic anecdotes comparing and contrasting city life and country life.  It also includes a five-song bonus CD.

Smith says, "Writing these jokes as a creative outlet has been the product of so many late night, after show laughs with the band."

He added, "Ultimately, I hope it makes people smile."

The book will be available on August 21st.
