Garth Brooks' Encounter With President Carter

The encounter happened while Garth and his wife were building houses for Habitat for Humanity.

(Undated)  --   Garth Brooks is sharing the story of his humanitarian trip where he spent time with former President Jimmy Carter. 

The "I Don't Need Your Rockin' Chair" singer and his wife Trisha recently went to Haiti to build houses for Habitat for Humanity, where President Carter was. 

Brooks was taking a break from the 115-degree heat when the 95-year-old walked in and asked if the singer needed something to do.
