Gretchen Wilson Speaks Out After Airport Arrest

Wilson was arrested following an incident at a Connecticut airport.

(Windsor Locks, CT)  --  "Redneck Woman" Gretchen Wilson is speaking out after her arrest at an airport in Connecticut. 

The 45-year-old country singer was taken into custody last week at Bradley International Airport for allegedly causing a disturbance on a flight. 

It was later reported that she was arguing with another passenger over the first-class bathroom and the situation escalated. 

Gretchen tells "Taste of Country" she was "completely shocked" and "saddened by the whole thing." 

"It's been really frustrating for me not to be able to talk about it, because people who know me know that I just wanna get it straight," she said. "I'm reading all of these headlines and am like, 'Oh gosh, it's so wrong. It's all so wrong!'"
