(Tishomingo, OK) -- Birthday boy Blake Shelton has a new addition to his Oklahoma ranch, thanks to girlfriend Gwen Stefani.
She had an American flag and pole installed over the weekend and unveiled the gift with a helicopter ride.
Stefani posted a selfie of her and 42-year-old Shelton in front of the flag pole once they landed.
