(Undated) -- Jennifer Nettles is getting some more screen time.
The Sugarland front-woman has been cast in an upcoming film about iconic abolitionist Harriet Tubman.
The film, called "Harriet," is slated to begin filming next month in Virginia.
Nettles made her on-screen debut three years ago when she was cast as Dolly Parton's mother, Avie, in the movie "Dolly Parton's Coat of Many Colors."
