John Rich Hosts Holiday Fundraiser

Half of the group Big & Rich is spreading some holiday cheer.

(Nashville, TN) -- John Rich is helping to send children of fallen and disabled veterans to college.

The Big & Rich member recently hosted a "Holidays and Heroes" event at his home.

He raised more than $187,000 for Folds of Honor - an organization that gives scholarships to families of disabled or fallen military men and women.

The event included a silent auction.
