Luke Combs wins Top Country Artist at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.
(Las Vegas, NV) -- Luke Combs is Billboard's Top Country Artist of 2019.
He also took home the award for Top Country Male Artist at last nights BBMAs in Las Vegas.
Carrie Underwood won Top Country Female Artist, Dan + Shay earned Top Country Duo/Group and Kenny Chesney won Top Country Tour.
The Top Country Song went to Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line for "Meant to Be."
