Maren Morris Admits To Being Denied Shot On "The Voice," "American Idol"

Maren is still a little salty about it.

(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Maren Morris says she was denied shots on both "The Voice" and "American Idol" before getting her big break.

The country music superstar admitted she was rejected on "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy Cohen.

"Not only is it really nice to have my song on a national television show, but I get to collect the check and have some sweet revenge," she said.

Morris' newly-released album, 'Girl,' is currently number-one on the Billboard Top Country Album's chart.
