That's enough to get the home buyer four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

(Nashville, TN)  --  Randy Houser is selling his mansion just an hour outside of Nashville.

The four-bedroom four-full-bathroom house is listed at just under $1.5 million.

Houser and his wife are selling the 13-acre Rutherford County property to move back to Nashville.

They say they want to be closer to family after the birth of their son in June.
