CMT is teaming up with the world's largest LGBTQ media advocacy organization, GLADD, to put on the event.
It'll take place on June 7th -- during the CMA Fest -- at Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon.
The host is Ty Herndon, who came out as gay in 2014.
