Argument In Truck Led To Fatal Wreck

A Harrison resident died in the crash on New Haven Road Wednesday.

(Crosby Township, Oh.) - A Harrison man died in a crash on New Haven Road Wednesday.

Davis Loveless, 41, was driving a 1997 Ford F150 and arguing with his passenger, James Warr, 46, when the pickup truck went off of New Haven Road near Dry Fork Road at around 8:20 a.m., according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

The truck went down an embankment and struck a tree.

Warr was killed.

Deputies say neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt.

Drugs or alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
