Jacob C. Roberts is facing murder charges in connection to a double murder in Falmouth.
Roberts is charged with two counts of murder for his alleged role in the shooting deaths of Dillon Carpenter and Madison Klups, reports FOX19-NOW.
The murders were allegedly committed on May 28 during an attempted robbery.

(Boone County, Ky.) – The man accused of pointing a gun at a Boone County Sheriff’s deputy has been taken into custody.
Jacob C. Roberts, 24, of Covington, was arrested Friday on a Boone County Warrant after he was discharged from UC Medical Center.
Roberts is charged with two counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, and Possession of Marijuana.
The charges stem from an incident on June 13 when Roberts allegedly pointed a gun at a deputy during a drug investigation in a parking lot off Mary Grubbs Highway in Walton.
Roberts fled the scene and was involved in a police pursuit through northern Kentucky. The pursuit ended in Newport, where Roberts was injured in an officer-involved shooting.
Roberts is held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on $250,000 cash bond.
He is expected to be extradited to Kentucky.
