Austin Rohrig Endowment Dinner & Dance Happens Saturday

Proceeds benefit the SIDS Institute, youth programs, and local scholarships.

(Milan, Ind.) - An annual benefit will take place this weekend in Milan to support Austin Rohrig Endowment. 

The dinner and dance happens Saturday, April 9 at the Milan VFW (107 N. Warpath Drive) from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m.

Austin Rohrig, son of Fred and Amanda Rohrig, died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) at only two months old on June 18, 1997. SIDS is the leading cause of death in children ages one month to one year, taking the lives of 4,000 infants each year. 

Proceeds from Saturday's event will benefit the SIDS Institute, youth programs and local scholarships. 

Cost is $7 per person or $20 per family. 

The event will feature dinner, dancing, door prizes, live auction and more.
