Boone Co. Police Make Child Sex Abuse Arrest

(Burlington, Ky.) - A Boone County man is accused of child molesting.

 

Kevin Miller, of Walton, was arrested Monday evening and charged with two counts of Sexual abuse 1st degree (Class C felony).

 

Sheriff’s office investigators allege Miller had at least two encounters with a child in the past year. Both incidents occurred while Miller was entrusted with the child’s care.

 

If convicted, Miller faces a possible prison sentence of five to ten years for each count.
