The incident happened on November 17.
(Burlington, Ky.) - 18-year-old, Isaias Garcia, allegedly broke into a woman's apartment and groped her in the middle of the night.
On November 17, Boone County Police responded to a call and reported to an apartment complex on Jefferson Street around 5 AM.
The 38-year-old victim claims that she did not know Garcia, but she had seen a man that fits his description was staying in an apartment near hers.
The victim assumes that he entered her apartment through a door that cannot be properly locked.
Garcia was arrested in a nearby apartment and charged with Burglary and Sexual Abuse.
