City of Lawrenceburg Announce Road Closures for 6th Annual Cruisin' to a Cure Car Show

All vehicles should be removed from the Car Show Route prior to 4 a.m. on May 1

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – The City of Lawrenceburg has announced road and parking lot closures for the 6th Annual Cruisin’ to a Cure Car Show.

The following street closures will be from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 1:

  • Walnut St. between Todd Ln. and High St.
  • West High St. closed to Dearborn County Jail
  • East High St. closed East Side of Civic Park to alley between Short St & Elm St.

The following parking lot closures will also take place for 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 1:

  • Mural Lot on High St. next to Strong’s Pizza.
  • City Hall
  • Community Center & Todd Creech Park
  • Behind Public Library
  • Parking Lot Across from Courthouse

All vehicles should be removed from the Car Show Route prior to 4 a.m. on May 1. Vehicles remaining at 6 a.m. are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense.

The Ivy Tech Parking Garage will be accessible for free parking during the event.

Routes to get to the Ivy Tech Parking Garage include:

  • US 50 to Arch St., Right on Center St., Left on Elm St., Entrance to the Parking Garage at E. High St. & Elm St.
  • US 50 to Hollywood Blvd which turns in to Center St., Left on Elm St. Entrance to the Parking Garage at E. High St. & Elm St.
