Harmony Health Primary Care is now providing healthcare services at locations in Batesville, Lawrenceburg, and St. Leon.

(Southeast, Ind.) - Community Mental Health Center, Inc. is continuing to advance integration of primary and behavioral healthcare with the expansion of Harmony Health Primary Care, now providing healthcare services to patients at locations in Batesville, Lawrenceburg, and St. Leon.

CMHC is committed to its mission – Partnering for Wellness: Healthy Mind. Healthy Body. Healthy Life. – as development of the agency’s status as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) is ongoing. Harmony Health Primary Care is a key component of the CCBHC project.

Harmony Health Primary Care offers personalized medical care for age groups from infants to older adults. Services include: routine medical care; integrated health care; sick visits; physicals, including sports physicals; well-child checks; vaccinations, and a variety of screenings, including developmental, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, cholesterol, diabetes, depression, body mass index (BMI), hearing, and vision.

“We take the approach of treating the whole person, mind and body,” said Tracy Mock, CCBHC Project Director at CMHC. “The health of the mind and the body affect each other in so many ways. Treating the whole person can help bring about better outcomes for our patients.”

Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available. Same-day appointments are available, as are walk-in visits. Convenient hours are available Monday through Friday at Batesville, Lawrenceburg, and St. Leon.
