Dearborn Co. Chamber Hosting “Hire Right Or Hire Again” HR Workshop

Certified trainer Jared Moore will lead the professional development event on June 26.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce is kicking off a new monthly professional development series and with the support of Dearborn Savings Bank, this will be free to all Chamber members!

The first session will be a Tuesday, June 26th lunch and learn focused on hiring called “Hire Right or Hire Again” presented by certified trainer Jared Moore.

  • Tired of filling empty positions out of desperation?
  • Frustrated by not finding enough qualified candidates despite aggressive advertising?
  • Lacking a hiring template that provides a road map?
  • Concerned about why your hires interview like rock stars and perform like duds?

Participants will learn the core concepts of the Sandler Hiring Process which is focused on hiring right the first time. This is a fantastic learning opportunity for hiring managers, small business owners and everyone involved in any stage of the hiring process.
