Dearborn Co. Health Department's Mobile Unit Comes to You

Mobile Outreach Partnership stops are tailored to your location! Multi-Unit Housing, Employers, Organizations, Schools.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – The Dearborn County Health Department (DCHD) is coming to you.

Their Mobile Outreach Partnership (MOP) includes community programs, organizations, resources and more, all in one place. This includes tobacco treatment specialist, registered nurses, and other community partners related to barriers or stressors that residents may find valuable. 

MOP visits can be to a business, agency, or multi-unit housing. 

Having all the partners in one place will address the transportation issue and help resolve some of the problems that lead to stress or feeling overwhelmed. 

The MOP Stop Schedule is as follows:

Fourth Monday of the Month

  • Dillsboro Village Apartments from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Second Tuesday of the Month

  • Lutheran Village Apartments from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Every Wednesday

  • Inside the Hamline Church from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Youth and adult immunizations (call ahead to schedule) blood pressure checks, glucose checks, CO checks, smoking/vaping cessation registration, community resources, and more.

Third Thursday of the Month

  • Firmly Rooted in Greendale from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Youth and adult immunizations (call ahead to schedule) blood pressure checks, glucose checks, CO checks, smoking/vaping cessation registration, community resources, and more.

First Friday of the Month

  • East Indiana Comprehensive Treatment Center in Lawrenceburg from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
