Dearborn County residents are invited to learn about the county’s housing environment and needs.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Dearborn County residents are invited to a presentation to learn about the county’s housing environment and needs.
One Dearborn will host a Dearborn County Housing Market Analysis presentation on Tuesday, October 29 at Ivy Tech Community College Riverfront Campus in Lawrenceburg.
The first session is from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. The second session will run from 5-6 p.m.
Matt Rueff, formerly of Ratio Architects, will present findings from One Dearborn’s recently completed housing study.
Attendees will learn about what types of homes are needed in Dearborn County and how housing impacts our population and economy.
Rueff will also discuss the study’s recommendations to increase inventory and secure the county’s future.
The event is free to attend.
