Donations will be accepted at the EC vs. Harrison varsity football game on Aug. 25.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – East Central and Harrison football fans are asked to come together for a great cause next Friday.
The Trojans will host the Wildcats for the next installment of the Battle of I-74 on Friday, August 25.
During the game, East Central Student Council will be hosting their Helping Hands Drive to support those affected by the Maui wildfires.
The wildfires that ignited August 8 have killed at least 111 people. According to a report by CNN, more than 2,000 homes and businesses have burned and an estimated 1,000 residents remain unaccounted for.
Student council will be collecting infant supplies, paper products, personal hygiene products, and cases of bottled water.
If you are unable to attend the game, donations can be dropped off at the East Central High School main office.
