The highway is down to one lane near Wilson Creek Road on Friday.

(Aurora, Ind.) - An emergency closure is in place on U.S. 50 in Aurora Friday.
Aurora Utilities says a sewer line must be repaired under the highway at Wilson Creek Road. The area has come to be known as the "King-Queen Slide" because of its proximity to Burger King and Dairy Queen restaurants.
The sewer repair work which started at 5:00 a.m. will require the right lane of U.S. 50 eastbound to be closed Friday. A traffic backup has resulted from the lane closure during the morning commute.
Traffic will not be allowed to turn left from U.S. 50 eastbound onto Wilson Creek Road.
