The incident was reported Monday evening at a home on McAlpin Avenue.

(Erlanger, Ky.) – An Erlanger woman was the victim of a stabbing on Monday evening.
Erlanger Police responded to the incident at a home on the 200 block of McAlpin Avenue around 6:57 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, police located Staci Allgeyer, 45, with a stab wound to the chest.
Allgeyer suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to UC Medical Center, where she continues to undergo treatment.
The suspect, Nathan Heyob, 24, of Erlanger, was located a short distance away from the residence and was taken into custody. The sword he allegedly used in the stabbing was also located.
Heyob is charged with Assault 1st Degree.
He is currently held in the Kenton County Detention Center.
