(Boone Co., Ky.) - A Florence man was arrested on a warrant for multiple sexual offenses against minors, including child pornography.

Late on Friday, May 1, Boone County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Harry G. Forgue, 28, after a long investigation that revealed years of abuse against his foster children and adopted child.

All victims were males and ranged from preteens to teenagers when the abuse occurred. The juveniles living with Forgue were interviewed, disclosing years of abuse. Abuse was generally stipulated on getting phone privileges back or to end punishment.

During the investigation, it was found on Forgue's phone that he had installed many "pinhole cameras" throughout the residence. Detectives found pictures and videos of the victims unaware they were being recorded.

Additional content was found on Forgue’s phone, showing the victims posing nude.

Boone County Sheriff's Office says that these pictures, along with other evidence found throughout the investigation, corroborate the victim’s statements.

Forgue has been charged with:

  • One count of Sodomy 1st Degree – Victim under 12
  • Two counts of Sodomy 3rd Degree
  • Three counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree – Victim under 12
