(Batesville, Ind.) - Friendship State Bank pledged $25,000 toward Kids Discovery Factory’s creation of an interactive STEAM discovery center. According to Katie Sparks, Marketing Coordinator for Friendship State Bank, “We believe KDF is going to be a great asset to Batesville and all of southeastern Indiana.”

Kids Discovery Factory recognizes the value of the donation beyond its financial impact. “We are energized by Friendship State Bank’s decision to investment in our permanent location. It is especially exciting that they chose to donate so early in the campaign, to not only show their own support, but to also inspire others to get involved,” said Amber McGuire, KDF Executive Director.

Sparks said, “My key hope is that our early pledge will spark excitement among other potential donors and encourage them to jump on board to commit their pledge.”
