Fundraiser Started for LPD Reserve Officer Battling Cancer

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – A fundraising effort has been started to help a local family with medical expenses.

Lawrenceburg native Nick Thomas was recently diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer as a non-smoker.

Thomas has spent over a decade working for Mike’s Carwash and has served the Lawrenceburg community for several years as a reserve police officer at the Lawrenceburg Police Department.
