Speed, alcohol or drugs are not considered factors in the deadly wreck.

(Harrison Township, Oh.) - An investigation is underway into a deadly crash in Harrison Township.
Hamilton County sheriff's deputies say 63-year-old Michael Rucker, of Harrison, was fatally injured afternoon when his 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche pickup truck ran off Lawrenceburg Road, across a driveway, and spun into a tree at around 2:49 p.m. Monday, August 26.
Harrison Fire Department had to extricate Rucker from the truck. He was then rushed to Mercy Health Harrison Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Rucker was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt.
Deputies investigating the deadly crash say speed, alcohol and drugs are not believed to be factors.
