Help Make Guilford Covered Bridge Park Beautiful July 20

Volunteers are needed to help spread mulch at the public park.

(Guilford, Ind.) – Your help is requested to make Dearborn County’s Guilford Covered Bridge Park looking good and welcoming.

York Township Trustee Greggory Callahan says a volunteer day will be held Saturday, July 20 at the park on Main Street at State Road 1.

Volunteers are needed to help spread mulch from 9:00 a.m. until noon. Anybody who comes to lend a hand is asked to bring rakes.

In addition to flooding homes and vehicles, flash flooding of Tanners Creek in June resulted in mud covering much of the covered bridge park.
