(Dearborn County, Ind.) - “You’ll be lucky if I don’t burn down u House and beat ur ******* brains in,” the text message allegedly read in part
The accused author of that text message, Nathaniel “Nate” Hollin, 23, of Harrison, is charged with Intimidation (level 6 felony) and Possession of a Syringe (level 6 felony) in Dearborn County.
A couple on Wesling Road in West Harrison contacted police after finding numerous syringes on their road on January 28. They advised Indiana State Police of a high volume of traffic at a “target residence.”
After police arrested two other people on Wesling Road on January 28th, Hollin allegedly began texting the couple with threats.
“I swear if u and your girlfriend had anything to with why the ***** cops where there raiding that house I swear to god im gonna **** you all the way up,” one text message stated.
“U have no clue the **** u just caused yourself,” stated another.
Hollin was arrested on February 9. As he was being booked into jail at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center, jail staff allegedly located a syringe in his pants pocket. He allegedly stated that he used the syringe to introduce methamphetamine into his body.
A judge has ordered Hollin to have no contact, directly or indirectly, with the victims. He has been ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond.
