(Vevay, Ind.) - Switzerland County Councilman Mike Jones is one of the most tenured elected officials in Indiana.
Jones was recently elected to his 28th consecutive term as president of the county council, making him the longest serving county council president in Indiana.
Darrell Hansel was elected as vice president of the council.
Council will meet the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the Switzerland County Courthouse.
