City of Lawrenceburg to Offer Utility Bill Forgiveness in January

The offer is for existing residential customers of Lawrenceburg Municipal Utilities.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The City of Lawrenceburg will provide one month of residential utilities at no cost for existing residential customers that currently receive a Lawrenceburg Municipal Utilities bill for water, sewer and electric.

LMU residential customers will have their January 2025 utility bill reflect a zero balance for your current charges only.

Utility forgiveness does not apply to balance forward utility charges noted on the utility bill.

Residents who have an existing rental agreement that includes LMU utilities should consult their landlord for any rental fee agreement changes. Landlords who bundle their monthly residential rental fee to include LMU Utilities are strongly encouraged to pass along this LMU utility relief savings to their renters.
