Murder Trial Date Set in Franklin County

The court entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Crystal Pence last month.

(Brookville, Ind.) - Crystal Pence is scheduled to be tried by jury this April. 

Pence, 29, was arrested in December after she allegedly shot and killed her brother, Ronald Pence, at an apartment complex on Fairfield Avenue. 

Last month, the court entered a preliminary plea of not guilty on behalf of Crystal Pence and her bond was set at $1 million. 

A jury trail is scheduled to start on April 23 before Judge Clay Kellerman in Franklin County Court.
