Murder Victim's Body Located Near Rabbit Hash; Three In Custody

(Covington, Ky.) - A Covington murder victim’s body was discovered in Rabbit Hash.

Denita M. Satchwell, 58, was a cancer patient who went missing on June 9. Covington Police said Satchwell, who was in the late stages of cancer, required time-sensitive medication, which was left at her home. A Golden Alert had been issued by the police department on June 11.

Late last Thursday night, her body was found in a wooded area near Rabbit Hash.

Police arrested three people over the weekend in connection with Satchwell’s death. Each of the suspects are being held in the Kenton County Jail.

Satchwell’s cousin, Kenneth Maurice Jones, 38, is charged with murder, robbery and tampering with evidence in Kenton Count. He is held a on a $1 million bond, according to the jail website.

An unnamed juvenile is also charged with murder and robbery.

Breadon Todd Reaves, 18, of Erlanger, is in custody on a charge of facilitation to homicide. His bond is $50,000.
