(Oldenburg, Ind.) – The Oldenburg Academy volleyball team will host their annual “Volley for Hope” game this Thursday.
Each year, the Twisters choose to help an individual or family who is going through a life challenge.
Thursday’s match against Milan will serve as a fundraiser in support of Nick Weiler and his family. OA players and families have donated gift cards for two gift card basket raffles, in addition to a bake sale and straight donations.
Proceeds will help Weiler in his battle with cancer.
Donations may be made through Venmo (Oldenburg-Academy), or by cash or check at the OA school office before school between now and September 26. Raffle tickets may be purchased in the OA front office and will also be available the night of the game.
The volleyball match versus Milan will start at 5:30 on Thursday.
