Police Capture Credit Union Robbery Suspect

(Harrison, Oh.) - A Harrison credit union robbery suspect was caught within hours of the stick-up.

The Whitewater Community Credit Union on Harrison Avenue was robbed on Monday, July 8. The suspect allegedly jumped over a counter, grabbed a teller, and began emptying cash drawers, according to court documents.

Robert Jackson, 45, of Butler County, was arrested.

He appeared in Hamilton County Municipal Court for arraignment Wednesday and was ordered held on $100,000 bond.

The case is scheduled to go to a grand jury on July 18.
