(Harrison, Oh.) - A Harrison man is scheduled to face a judge today, accused of using drugs in a car with his young daughter.
Police say Brenton Sturgill, 31, was found passed out this past weekend in the parking lot of the BP gas station on Dry Fork Road.
The two-year-old child was in the back seat of the car while Sturgill held a loaded syringe.
Sturgill is charged with Resisting Arrest, Endangering Children, Drug Abuse, and Possession of Illegal Drug Paraphernalia. He is due to appear in Hamilton County court on Monday.
