It was another successful Thing-a-Ling season.

(Batesville, Ind.) - Cherry Thing-a-Ling season has come and gone.
Schmidt Bakery in Batesville announced that they sold 249,696 fritters between February 13-17. That equates to 20,808 dozen.
The number is down from last year's record high sales of 254,880 thing-a-lings.
"Thank you everyone that braved the crazy weather to join us!! We appreciate each and everyone of you," reads a statement from Schmidt Bakery.
