No details have been provided if the alleged shooter, Larry Herald II will face additional charges.

(Burlington, Ky.) – A Cincinnati man has died nearly a month after taking a shooting in northern Kentucky.
Michael Holbrook, 46, was pronounced dead on Wednesday, reports WLWT-5.
Holbrook suffered a gunshot wound to his neck on June 29 at a home on Sundance Boulevard.
The gunshot allegedly came from 47-year-old Larry Steven Herald II. Deputies say an argument between the two led to Herald striking Holbrook with a handgun, which caused the gun to fire and strike Holbrook in the neck.
Herald has been charged with Assault 1st Degree (class B felony) and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree (class D felony).
Its unknown if Herald will face additional charges after the death of Holbrook.
